Driftly is a sleep-sounds and white-noise app published by Digiras Software. This Privacy Policy explains how Driftly handles your information. It applies only to the Driftly application and not to any other product or service offered by Digiras Software.
Driftly is designed to run entirely on your device. We built it to respect your privacy by default.

Driftly saves a small amount of data locally on your device only, so the app remembers your setup. This includes:
This data never leaves your device. You can remove it at any time by clearing the app's storage in your device Settings, or by uninstalling Driftly.
Driftly does not integrate any third-party analytics, tracking, or social services. All display fonts (Hanken Grotesk and Newsreader) are bundled inside the app and loaded locally, so Driftly makes no network requests and works fully offline. No external services are used and no data leaves your device.
Driftly version 1.0 contains no advertising. If we add advertising in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe it before that version is released.
Driftly is rated for Everyone and is safe for all ages. Because the app collects no personal information, it is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Since we do not collect or store any personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to access, export, or delete on your behalf. All of your information lives only on your own device, and you have full control over it: clear the app's storage or uninstall the app to remove everything.
If this Privacy Policy changes, we will update the effective date above and announce the change through the Google Play Store listing and, where relevant, within the app. Continued use of Driftly after an update means you accept the revised policy.
