1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Breathwork Timer ("the App", "we", "our") handles information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being clear about our practices.

The App is published by Digiras Software. This policy applies only to the Breathwork Timer application. Other Digiras Software products have their own privacy policies.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information.

The App does not:

• Require an account, sign-up, or login
• Request your name, email, phone number, or any other personal identifier
• Access your contacts, photos, location, camera, or microphone
• Use cookies, advertising IDs, or device fingerprinting
• Connect to the internet or send any data to our servers or any third-party server
• Include any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs

The App has no network code. It works fully offline after install.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following information locally on your device only:

• Your pattern selection and any custom pattern you create (inhale, hold, exhale, hold, and cycle count)
• Your preferences: chosen soundscape, guided tone toggle, haptics toggle, and daily reminder setting
• Your personal progress: streak count, daily goal, total sessions, total minutes, most-used pattern, and any self-challenges you have started

This data is stored in your device's app sandbox. It never leaves your device. You can clear it at any time by:

• Uninstalling the App, or
• Clearing app data via Android system Settings → Apps → Breathwork Timer → Storage → Clear data

4. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising networks, social media SDKs, or remote logging services. The App makes no network requests.

Sounds and fonts are bundled with the App. No external requests are made after install.

Future ad integration: If we add advertising in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated and the change will be announced in the Play Store changelog. As of version 1.0.0, the App is completely ad-free and offline.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is rated Everyone and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Because the App collects no personal data from any user, it is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for European users.

6. Health and Wellness Notice

Breathwork Timer is a wellness and relaxation tool. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you have a medical condition or any concern about your breathing, consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your breathing practice.

7. Your Rights

Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing for us to delete, export, or modify on our end. To remove all locally stored app data:

• Uninstall the App from your device, or
• Clear app data via your device's system Settings

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or in applicable law. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document shows the most recent revision. Significant changes will be announced in the App's Play Store changelog under "What's New."

Continued use of the App after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
