1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how BJJ Round Timer ("the App", "we", "our") handles information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

The App is published by Digiras Software ("we"). This policy applies only to the BJJ Round Timer application; other Digiras Software products have their own privacy policies.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information.

The App does not:

• Require an account, sign-up, or login
• Request your name, email, phone number, or any other personal identifier
• Access your contacts, photos, location, camera, or microphone
• Use cookies, advertising IDs, or device fingerprinting
• Send any data to our servers or any third-party server
• Include any third-party analytics or crash reporting SDKs

3. Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following information locally on your device only:

• Your timer settings: work duration, rest duration, number of rounds, prep countdown
• Your preferences: sound, vibration, wake lock, and round-end alarm sound
• A log of your last 10 sessions: date, duration, rounds completed, and tap count per session

This data is stored in your device's app sandbox. It never leaves your device. You can clear this data at any time by:

• Uninstalling the App, or
• Clearing app data via Android system Settings → Apps → BJJ Round Timer → Storage → Clear data

4. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising networks, social media SDKs, or remote logging services.

Fonts are bundled with the App. No external font requests are made after install.

Future ad integration: If we add advertising in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated and the change will be announced in the Play Store changelog and the in-app footer. As of version 1.0.0, the App is completely ad-free.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is rated Everyone and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Since the App collects no personal data from any user, this is automatically compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for European users.

6. Your Rights

Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing for us to delete, export, or modify on our end. To remove all locally stored app data:

• Uninstall the App from your device, or
• Clear App data via your device's system Settings

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or in applicable law. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the most recent revision. Significant changes will be announced in:

• The App's Play Store changelog under "What's New"
• The in-app footer in the next version release

Continued use of the App after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
